It is accepted that food affects us physically and there is even recognition that food also affects us on an emotional level. This module takes this one step further and explores how foods affect us on a spiritual level. Although this will have been touched on in the Ayurvedic and Tibetan modules, in this module we explore the work of Rudolf Steiner and Rudolf Hauschka and Anthroposophic medicine. Deanna Minich’s work is also explored with her research into colours of food and chakras and relates this to scientific research.
